A few days ago, a member of URSA supervisory board Nataliya Kovalenko together with the military visited deoccupied localities and war zones in Kharkiv region.
"We entered an empty, destroyed city. At first we did not see anyone at all. But when we stopped and got out of the car, a few minutes later we were surrounded by a crowd of hungry, abandoned animals. It breaks our hearts to see that winter is coming and there is no one to help them," Nataliya said.
